On Tuesday, February 18th at 6:30 pm you have the rare opportunity to have a face-to face meeting and Q & A via Zoom with one of the top EGUS researchers in the world, Dr Ben Sykes BSc, BVMS, MSc, MBA, DipACVIM, PhD, FHEA.
Dr Sykes is a veterinarian of internal medicine with over 27 years of clinical experience with high performance and sport horses. He was the lead author for the 2015 European College of Equine Internal Medicine Consensus Statement—Equine Gastric Ulcer Syndrome in Adult Horses, and in 2023 and 2024 he has been ranked in the top 2 % and 1 % respectively of global researchers by Stanford University.
At 6:30 pm at Shadydale Equine Center, you will enjoy a warm catered meal and at 7 pm Dr Ben Sykes will join us from Australia to help us understand EGUS and how we can manage risk in our horses.
One hundred percent of proceeds will go to Dr Sykes’s continued research to improve the welfare of all horses!
